Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for lab tests, medicine orders, and appointment requests.

1. Lab test bookings

Full refund if cancelled before sample collection. No refund after home or lab sample collection has occurred. Home collection dispatch fees may be non-refundable once the phlebotomist is en route.

2. Medicine orders

Refunds within 2 days of delivery for damaged, wrong, or missing items with photo proof. Opened medicines, temperature-sensitive items, and prescription medicines generally cannot be returned once dispatched unless required by law.

3. Doctor appointments

Appointment requests made through a doctor’s public mini website are between you and the clinic. HealthSurya facilitates the request only. Cancellation and refund rules follow the doctor/clinic’s policy communicated at confirmation.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds to wallet or original payment method are processed within 5–7 working days unless banking delays apply.

5. Disputes

Email support@healthsurya.com with order/booking ID and evidence. We will coordinate with the partner where applicable.
